The Sales Associate course is for individuals entering real estate for the first time. The Broker course is an advanced 72-hour program designed for licensed agents who want to move to the next level—allowing them to operate independently, open their own brokerage, or manage other agents.
Who is eligible to take the Florida Broker course?
To qualify, you must have held an active Florida Sales Associate license for at least 24 months within the last 5 years before applying for your Broker license.
